Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we only deliver to Europe and the French overseas departments and territories with parcel tracking.
What are the delivery costs?

Metropolitan France : €10 at a relay point, €15 at home.

Special offer : Free delivery from 500 € of purchase in Metropolitan France.

Other countries : Fees vary depending on destination.
What are the preparation and shipping times?

Preparation : 20 working days for production.

- 24 to 72 hours for Metropolitan France .
- 2 to 20 days depending on the destination for Europe and the French overseas departments and territories .
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order in the "Track my order" tab with your email address and order number.
Order and Payment
How to place an order?
- Select your items and click “Add to Cart”.
- Go to your shopping cart and follow the validation steps until payment.
- A confirmation will be sent to you by email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by Visa , Mastercard and PayPal . Checks and money orders are not accepted.
Is the payment secure?
Yes, our site is fully secure with SSL encryption and we use Stripe and PayPal payment systems.
Problems and Returns
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
If your order has been shipped and you have not received it within 5 weeks, you should open an investigation with the delivery company . Contact us with your order number, and we will provide you with the necessary information to follow up on the investigation.
I received a damaged or defective item, what should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us with a photo of the damaged product and your proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange.
Can I return or cancel my order?
No, as our items are personalized and made to measure , they cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code .
In which cases will I not be able to be reimbursed?
- If the product has been used .
- If the order is personalized or custom made.
- If the shipping address provided was incorrect .
- If the return conditions have not been respected.
